1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 days ; after receiving your order confirmation. You may will receive another update when your order has shipped.
2. Digital Products
For digital products (like PDFs), you can download immediately from my orders after your payment is successfully processed and your order will confirm.or You can see a downlaod link in my orders detailes section immediately after your order is confirmed. So You can access your purchased digital products from the "My Orders" section of your dashboard.
3. Physical Products
Shipping charge is fully aded in your order payment, no extra charge will you need to pay.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
Estimated delivery time is typically 5-7 or 7-10 work days, but can vary depending on printing process + your location and courier service availability.
Printing and packing start after order confirmation & After pack done when its dispatch you get tracking link or tracking code.
Customers must clearly write: Village/Area , Nearest location , District , Pincode , Correct & available Mobile number.
If the parcel returns due to wrong address, wrong contact given, re-shipping cost will be charged if you want to order again.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an update from us which will include a tracking link or tracking code. You can use this to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available after Shipping.
